•All parts of the machine that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel type 316 l
•The freeze dryer can be used either as a "contact" or as a "radiation" type
•The capacity of the ice condensor is 8 kg/24h, with a total capacity of 10 l
•The minimum temperature of the ice condensor is -85 °C.
•The 5 shelves have a temperature range between -50 °C and +120 °C
•The 5 shelves have a total area of 0.7 m²
•The distance between the shelves is adjustable
•Parameters such as process time, vacuum, temperature ice condensor, temperature characteristics, product temperature, ... are adjustable, programmable and recordable
•The operating system can store up to 30 programs, including up to 32 process steps can be included
